An enriching 3-day experience – Held at the stunning ‘Twin Peaks’ at Mount Barker Summit, this retreat embodies pure indulgence with unbridled natural beauty.

Powerful daily activities –The daily itinerary has been curated to help you let go of whatever is holding you back and to cultivate qualities that bring out your best self. Gentle yoga and deep relaxation sessions are on offer to release stress and nourish your body. You will be guided to cultivate joy, peace, love and compassion using ancient meditation techniques. This retreat will deepen insights into yourself through a combination of guided activities and personal solitude.

Nourishing and delicious food – Everything about the retreat is wholesome, right down to our mouthwatering food. Every meal is taken care of, so you can concentrate on taking care of yourself.

Accommodation options – Choose from a variety of stunning rooms to suit your needs. (Please note that there are shared bathrooms for all rooms, except the Deluxe Suites which have their own ensuite).

Wisdom to take with you – We record our guided practices during the retreat, so you can continue your journey of self-discovery, long into the future.

Optional activities on offer – You have the option to participate in a guided walk of the breath-taking UKARIA Culture Centre garden; a true spiritual experience.

**Deep relaxation practices include yoga nidra, yin yoga and sound bowl healing.

Kim Seow

Kim Seow, founder of Cittalift is passionate about sharing yoga, meditation practices and evidence based psychological skills that have helped her to overcome adversities.

Prior to becoming a yoga teacher and wellbeing trainer, Kim worked as a Chartered Accountant in the area of international tax for multi-national corporations in Singapore, Melbourne and London for 30 years.

She understands the stressors that come with being a professional, working in a high-pressured environment while trying to raise a family.

Since practising yoga, meditation and other psychological skills, her life has been transformed to one filled with gratitude, compassion and meaning.

She is passionate about guiding her participants to the gateway of mental clarity and self-discovery, to help them live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Kim has taught yoga and meditation to people from all walks of life for over 10 years. She was also the Training Lead and Master Trainer for SAHMRI Be Well Co where she has trained thousands of people on evidence-based psychological and resilience skills for the past 6 years.

As Training Lead, she was instrumental in developing the Be Well Certified Trainer Program and responsible for training and certifying the first 6 intakes of Be Well Co’s certified trainers.

She brings to her training a blend of Western psychology and Eastern spiritual teachings.

Karen Floyd

We are pleased to have amazing yoga teacher, Karen Floyd guide a restorative yin yoga practice and a calming crystal sound bowl bath meditation. This is a beautiful healing experience which will leave you feeling blissful yet rejuvenated.

Karen has been teaching a variety of yoga styles for over 8 years. Her specialty is Yin yoga and she loves to infuse her knowledge of Chinese meridian theory throughout all of her classes.

Karen is passionate about sharing yoga and meditation in community to help calm our mind creating an optimum environment for healing to occur. The practise of yoga helps to reduce pain in our bodies and decrease the stress from our everyday life.

Geraldine Fuenmayor

I am excited to have Geraldine Fuenmayor, a dedicated Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and a dear friend, to support me throughout the retreat.

Geraldine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to empower others to take control of their health journey from managing chronic conditions to fostering preventative health.

During this retreat, Geraldine will be sharing her in-depth knowledge on the physiological mechanisms underlying the body-mind connection such as how emotions can manifest physically in our body and the role of neurotransmitters, hormones, and the nervous system in influencing both physical and mental states.
