Finding Peace and Fulfillment: 4-Week Online Meditation Program

A four-week online meditation program to quiet the monkey mind.  Each week you will learn meditation techniques to cultivate equanimity, kindness, compassion and joy in your life.  These four qualities are heart practices taught by Buddha to help us deal with our sufferings and dissatisfactions.  These practices have been proven scientifically to deal with stress, reduce anxiety and improve productivity and relationships.

6 Week Mindfulness Meditation Training Program

Learn different meditation practices over several weeks to help you live fully and fill your life with joy, compassion and equanimity in these times of uncertainty.

Sessions are an hour a week, in-person or online.
